A sophisticated composition featuring سورة الفلق (Surah Al-Falaq, “The Daybreak”), the 113th chapter of the Qur’an, in a sleek, structured layout with gold accents highlighting key words. In this short surah the believer seeks refuge in the Lord of the daybreak from the harm of His creation, from the darkness of night, from those who practise sorcery, and from the envious when they envy.

Together with Surah An-Nas, it is traditionally recited for protection. The deep grey background reflects protection against negativity and the unseen. Hand-painted on textured canvas.

Hand-painted in Gqeberha, South Africa, by Timeless Textures. Custom orders welcome: we can pair this with Surah An-Nas or create another size.
